Are all bandits scrubs in this game?

Whats the go? Seems like every bandit I run into is terrible at PvP. Last night Im teleported to debug plains and stripped of my bag, torch and gear. I alt + F4 and reconnect so I can spawn on the coast. I start at Balota. I go straight for the tower, pick up a backpack off a dead guy on the way and an akm and some bandages out of the tower. I head into the first hanger. I see a guy in the distance coming, a bandit. Im like whatever hes got a M4. He starts shooting at me and missing from about 100metres out, so I tell him Im friendly and not to bother, im not going to fight him. Since his aim is so bad he gets in closer and Zombies galore have been aggoroed and hes completely ignoring them, taking hits from them while failing to shoot me. He runs up close and I offer to blood bag him and bandage him if he didnt have any. He finally hits me twice so I run behind the storage containers and then out to try and run away. Im alt looking towards him and notice he gets knocked out by a Zombie and about 6 of them lean over and start eating him. I get around the side of the hanger, bandage myself and head off whilst he dies.

It seems like every experience I have with bandits are like this. They make retarded mistakes and are just desperate to get kills whilst putting themselves in positions where I could have killed them multiple times already. If I wanted to kill him he would have been dead long before he made it to the hanger, yet he cant kill me from 4 metres away. It seems like in this game its the bad players that want to pursue PvP the most. I am often watching bandits and the way they make retarded mistakes trying to get up close and the amount of times I could have killed them already, yet they still seem to think they are good at this game. Are bandits mostly scrubs or is it just a case that all of the bandits Ive run into are scrubs?

If you see a Bandit, shoot him on sight.

But back to original question- YES. There are some "good" Bandits that don't pretend they are friendly or camp in a ghillie all day

Well yeah, every twelve year old comes on this game thinking their going to be some bad ass bandit that everyone fears, but the truth is, they're nothing to fear. I've got similar stories like yours, usually involving some kid with an unzeroed AS50. It's fun to laugh in their faces.

The worst bandits are the one that don't factor your 'escape percentage' into their attack plan and end up giving you a chance to kill them after their first move.

Basically an escape percentage is your chances to escape the bandit's line of sight before he has ample time to kill you. If the bandit fires when he doesn't have time to kill you before you flee, he sucks and you can typically kill him.

What irks me is when someone instigates a firefight that you pretty much win; so they alt-f4 before they die.

Noticed that the "good" bandits generally are active on the forum, and those one's that fail to kill you and alt + F4 or can't hit shit right in-front of them stay away. This is because when those "scrubs" as you put it post in the bandit section trying to look good, they get thrown out.

I think of myself as a good bandit / shot. Last night when i spawned on the coast for w/e reason, I was helping 2 randoms meet up with another 2 randoms (felt like doing good) they wanted to do it in electro, i suggested that i will clear and hold it until they get there. Ended up killing 6 people (4 bandits and 2 murders) ranging from 100m to 400m shots with a m249 and only used 50-80 bullets. All this while being a CoD4 player, and before you say it was unarmed people, it wasn't :)
