banned for unknown reason

ok so early today i killed what i think was a hacker due to the fact he has as50 thermal and then later today i got global ban and cant log into any servers please help my name is jombie if any other information needed contact me... please help i love this game and don't deserve ban

Have heard of people getting banned for using scripted / hacked items.

Which is why I tend to stay away from them.

Why pick up a hacked weapon bound to happen lately. Even though battle eye says it doesn't ban people for it they have been lately seen a lot of these on the forum lately. If they did it by mistake you'll have to take it up with battle eye support.
