complex (DayZ) 73 Posted August 22, 2012 Hi everyone,Could anyone tell me the most ideal graphics settings to give me the best chance of seeing players long and short distance.For example, changing everything to lowest settings would mean not being able to see long distances (I noticed buildings becoming 'blocky' until close up). However, setting everything to high would mean a lot of clutter on fields, more bushes etc.Anyone have any tips on what you use?Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

gambla 118 Posted August 22, 2012 A short version:1) Use Fraps or MSI Afterburner to show FPS in game2) Set everything to max3) Disable AA, PostProcess4) Test the settings5) Lower step by step one of the settings and test again (sometimes Arma runs equal or better with higher settings)There are hundreds of topics at BI forums...
