I'm not sure if he meant what he said or that he worded it wrong. It's irrelevant anyway. The problem is that both a Hive and 1.7.2-update require restarts. It makes more sense to do both at once over performing maintenance twice. Just play some Pacman for a few hours and you will be fine soon enough.

Vipeax, when will the dead sound glitch be fixed? There is flies sound, but no bodies. Should be easy to fix but is very annoying ingame.

ps. Why dont I get email notifications from the whole "Troubleshooting" forum, although I am subbed to this thread with "instant email notification" and also other threads do get notified to me ?

Seeing as how he was out at dinner and still looked on the forums, letting us know that they had taken notice of the issue (that it was in fact Arma X that had the main issue) was very nice of him, don't you think? I don't see the issue you had with what I wrote?

Edit: Is it formulated wrong? "Thank you for giving of your time, Vipeax?" instead? I am not a native speaker of English and I don't always understand the different wordings even if I have been speaking it for quite some time...

ARMA X owner here, I was getting the message "This server is running an incorrect version of server side appliction." too. I've rolled back my Beta patch to 93965 and can play, however if a tweak is needed for me to run 94103 or any future patches my details are;

I installed today the anniversary edition and then dayz mod+beta through six updater. i run the game and i spawned with different character id and after i died i spawned in the body of a crow lol.

Ok after that i couldnt join any server at all. i had the message like all the other posts above...

I'd personally consider the sound staying after the body has disappeared as a positive thing, gives you an indication someone died and that you have to be careful, but yet you don't know if it was recently or a longer time ago. Bit of a mysterious touch?

If I say no you will complain, if I say yes and it ends up being > 24 hours you will complain... That only leaves: hopefully.

Well im not in the mood for complaining. Actually at the start of the problem i thought i did something wrong and game didnt play but then i came here and i learn that the problem is from the patch. Im a new user Vipeax, first time i installed Arma II and DayZ. Hope they will fix it soon... Thx for the answer.
