scripts/createvehicle/autoexec Autoupdater (v0.4)

Recommended Posts

7tRWg.png

This program autoupdates your scripts.txt/createvehicle.txt/remoteexec.txt

In this version (0.4) you'll have to do loadScripts/loadEvents manually (or use BEC, which I recommend).

The program downloads the latest .txt files from the dayz community banlist a project run by me and some others.

Usage

  1. Place the .exe inside your PROFILES/BattlEye/ folder (where battleye BEServer.dll, scripts.txt etc is)
  2. Run the .exe

If you want to change the update frequency launch the executeable via cmd "DayZ-ScriptUpdater.exe 20" where 20 = update frequency in minutes.

Cool. Thanks. The git server on the Google Code project always shows the time you grab the file as the files modified time (making wget's timestamping feature worthless), so I was curious how you'd gotten it to detect changes before deciding to download. That probably explains it.

There is an error in createvehicle.txt right now. This is the content of the file.

<html>

<title>Welcome to nginx!</title>

<body bgcolor="white" text="black">
<center><h1>Welcome to nginx!</h1></center>

</html>

Could you please have a look what is going wrong?

Seems like the webserver is having problems.

Try it again later. ;)

If it still doesn't work I guess the path changed.

It´s still got the error :(

I have made a batch file that do the same on the google page files, and it works fine. I will use it till Dwarden´s Dropbox is fixed.

This was not affected by the updated scripts. This was an error in the battleeye-updates ;)

Updated my server to these and they work great. One thing but, the scripts log doesn't seem to log anything anymore. Im guessing you fixed it not to spam the log with useless info ?

No one's hacked my server lately and I can't tell if the log is working or broken.
