It's such an evil that I took that rifle, I may end up in the deepest depths of hell. Just FYI, I did kill the guy who looked for the crate, and then he spawned and teled me into the ocean. If this mod was functional, I may agree with you that taking that weapon deserved a ban, but with the way it works so far, you don't live long playing the mod the way it was "intended" to be played. ☣BioHaze☣ 7337 Posted August 18, 2012 I had a 9 day survivor, killed by a hacker.The next day I met a random friendly and as he was driving me around on his ATV I told him about the gear I lost to the hacker.Long story short, this guy turns out to be a white hat hacker and before I knew it, he spawned all of my old gear and extra stuff right into my backpack.I told him he should be hacking down the evil hackers and hopped to another server.I then took all of the EXTRA items he gave me and burned them in a fireplace, (AS50 with 6 clips included).I only kept the gear I had lost to the evil hacker the day before.Super legit player here, I don;t even know how to dupe. Seeing how it is already in the game, using it for justice i'm sure isn't bad !Whatever makes the game fun. Since hacking isn't able to be completely stopped, why not? As far as I'm concerned, you deserve to be banned.You sir are an idiot, use the weapons all you want, you didn't hack them in, this game is pretty much unplayable due to hackers anyway, i have stopped playing because of them, the amount of ammo crates i have found is uncountable for starters, then you have the hacked in choppers and all the other vehicles. Watched a hacker kill me yesterday, shot him twice with an AS50 he then goes invisible, so i run to the chopper, he reappears at the same place he went invisible and says hey fucker over direct comms then the chopper blows up and he starts laughing over direct comms and then a guy spawns behind my mate who was also running to the chopper and shoots him.Well not to say its right to hack. Duping is just as bad as spawning them in, no matter how you put it, it's still an exploit, just like hacking is. And no, duping does NOT happen at random. You either know how to do it, or you don't. I've saved and then run over my old tents to try and destroy the crap items from falling into someone else's hands/ prevent the items from respawning there, and its no use. I've never intentionally duped, but it still happens. Every time I find a hacked weapon I destroy it one way or another. You along with everyone else that ''accidentally'' dupes has the mentality ''Oh, well it already duped so we'll just keep it''. And that's just as bad as taking gear from hackers. I'm sure it happens anyway, but I would troll the shit out of you and your buds if I found you guys using/storing/duping hacked weapons.
