How many of those are spam bots? How many of those are really old profiles that haven't been used in ages? As smasht said, how many members did they have before DayZ came out? How many of those are people just signed up to do some research on hacks but aren't actually hackers themselves?

Yeah there's probably a fair bit of hackers but I highly doubt that we have 200,000+ hackers in DayZ.

Considering the weaknesses in Arma 2's engine, I could see 200k fairly easily, especially when people using publicly released bypassers are running rampant on a weekly basis. With over 1,000,000 players, I wouldn't be surprised in the least to think that about 20% of the community cheated in one way or another. I can't tell you how many people I have played with in game, mostly from these forums, that advocate the use of dupe and other in game glitches, but horribly oppose scripters. I can see their point, but it's fundamentals are tragically flawed.
