Stolen Admin

Hi

Someone has stolen Admin on our server and is hacking like a mong. We cant log into the admin and it shows that it is offline. Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me what to do?

I'd raise a support ticket with your host.

Contact your host. Typically you have two types of password.

RCON Password

TCP Admin Password

These should never be the same. If your RCON gets stolen ( which I've heard it can ). They can remotely shutdown the server, issue wrongful bans and kicks.

Get your TCP Admin password reset and edit your server config with a new RCON password.
