My Character In Need Of A Shower?

I just recently updated to the new patch and I keep hearing flies. It's a faint sound like there's only one, but I never remember hearing flies in this game other than when I was near dead bodies.

Has anyone else noticed this or has this always been a sound effect?

I hear them randomly from time to time just wandering around with no bodies near. Showering and pooping should be added. lawl.
