For the people who are sick of the Hackers...

Alright It has come to my attention that quite a few people are pissed off at the hackers of Dayz, and I'm not talking about the cute ones that will spawn in a few guns for him and his friends, or some vehicles for his clan. No I am talking about the ones that will Teleport you to the oh so lovely Thunderdome, or teleport you to the middle of the ocean so you can't kill yourself and you have leave your computer on all night to freeze to Death(This is happened D:). So anyways I decided to see how easy it is to hack, so I just do a little google digging and what do you know the first link is a forum dedicated to it. So I took the chance to find out what they need to do to be able to hack, so I registered (Hypocrite?) and took the time to search around those forums. Let me tell you guys it is easy,and I mean too easy to hack. Though I think I found a way to avoid there mischief. So apparently a key thing to do when your hacking is to push the 2 buttons "RightShift + P", I also found out Battleye actually does it job and can prevent anyone from hitting those two buttons while in-game! So basically all you have to do, to prevent being teleported to your death is before you get on hit the "RightShift + P" combination too see if you get kicked from the server. If you do, Great! That server is hack-proof, so join back in and have fun. But if you do not get kicked from the server, you know that it could possibly be hacked. So I decided to test this method on certain servers and here are only some of the servers that aren't hack-proof:

-All "GB #__" servers

-Most "Seattle __" servers

-some "UK __" servers

-some "US__" servers

And there's probably a lot more, the only way to know is check for yourselves. Thanks

Well, i don't know but why couldn't the hackers change their RightShift+P combination to let's say CTRL+T?

Well when they hit that certain hotkey, it brings up some In-game UI, and when that Ui gets brought up it kicks/doesnt kick you

This is completely garbage info. Most of the big destructive hacks are using the thisgamesux hack with wuats menu which is activated by the keypad 1 and then scrolllock buttons. Please stop talking out your ass. You literally know nothing.

The OP put the magical word in bold: He THINKS he found a way. If it doesn't work, atleast one could try. Way better thread than all the hacking/whine threads on these forums.

Read it completely next time and get your cancer out of here! But thanks for your confirmation that atleast one hack (thisgamesux) of maybe many hacks isn't using this button combination.

This. ALthough I have to tell you guys if you rub your head with your right hand in a clockwise direction whilst simultaneously rubbing your stomach with your left hand in a counter clockwise direction, you will be able to avoid the thousands of hacks that exist in this game. Try it guyz.

the method OP is referring to is the Script to do with Cheat Engine, it only allows you to spawn items (I researched just like you) when you press Shift+P you get the item. This is not linked to the destructive scripts like teleporting.

Shift P only executes the script your loaded to inject, the script could be anything, including thunder dome, wish the OP was right but he's not.

Still don't understand why Dayz team doesn't only allow Lagit servers With battle-eye to run the DayZ Mod.

Kinda pointless to give all servers access to the Hive and Mod.

You can't even use the file setup you had to to run the scripts through cheat engine anymore, making the method obscolete and impossible to do. If you are smart enough to know how some scripting works, and did mess around with it and made the script files runnable, you were detected instantly due to the poor injection of cheat engine, without certains tools that I'm not just going to randomly name here. Said tools are not exactly easy to obtain.
