DieVirulenz 5 Posted August 15, 2012 They are just another characteristic of the common Troll. Not more not less. They find something they just know that it will piss off a lot of ppl and generate hate, and dig it because they enjoy this. I totally understand that :PAlso I think they cartoon the masculin stereotypes by doing so, though I guess many of them also want to show everyone by doing so, if in fun or not, that they are more "evolved" for not caring if other find that uhhh "faggish" or something.

They've got a huge presence on the web, you don't do that ironically. And yeah, I'd say they're doing their microscopic part to disassemble gender stereotypes. arx 61 Posted August 15, 2012 they are more "evolved" for not caring if other find that uhhh "faggish" or something.sounds like something Lady GaGa's PR team would proliferate. is GaGa behind this?
Jony_RocketInMyPocket 172 Posted August 15, 2012 (edited) Okay so basically a lot of members from these popular social sites 4-Chan and Reddit, who also happen to be Bronies, are flocking (no pun intended) around DayZ because it's the hip new thing out right now?Does that pretty much sum it up? Deadend197 8 Posted August 15, 2012 Naa it's just because Bronies are everywhere (And I mean EVERYWHERE) we rule the land. There's nothing that attracts us to DayZ In particular.
Freezern 21 Posted August 15, 2012 I need to make sure that we are all on the same page here. When you guys say "brony", you mean people who like these videos?Yes?

ironman Tetsuo 181 Posted August 15, 2012 I'm not judging, I'm just curious. I want to know why it seems that an unusually high number of members here are also Bronies. Is there some kind of natural attraction Bronies feel towards DayZ - almost like a magnetic pull? Or is it because maybe (idk) Rocket is a Brony as well? Please, I'd like to know if someone here has a plausible explanation for this phenomenon. Thanks.how many of the million players are Bronies?I'm not even sure what they are, you do realise there's more to the internet than 4chan memes right? I should have been more specific, I meant just the members on the forums here. Not the entire player base.

echosyp 56 Posted August 15, 2012 I had to Google it, and its about grown men who enjoy watching My Little Pony.I've seen this before on other forums, and I just don't get it. Why do grown men get so excited over a kids cartoon that's meant for girls? But hey, each to their own, but I'll stick with watching programmes that have less sinister connotations.I think we know why said "grown men" would watch a lil girls show. Enough said.

HavokFI 5 Posted August 15, 2012 Its just the new trolling-hipster trend. Let them have their moment, it'll pass when puberty kicks in.You do realize that there are men over 25 years old watching this show, right? That's a pretty mature age to get puberty, if you ask me.
Kurukururin 11 Posted August 15, 2012 My little sister played with my little ponys back inthe late 80's or early 90's, so i never did watch the show. I do however like the pokemon anime series. Does that make me more or less manly?
