This isn't really a suggestion for the actual mod, but I think it'd be nice.

Just have a message near the other stats that says "Server is: UP/DOWN/You retards spammed it to death again!"

I'm suggesting this because whenever the server does go down people repeatedly spam connections instead of actually giving up and coming back in an hour or so, which doesn't really help matters.

The master server has restarted once in the history of the project. It's not really worth the effort of coding that.
