The wave of script restrictions...

So within the past half an hour or so, a really large amount of players have been kicked for a script restriction. The whole of three servers that I switched between just before experienced it, and the primary topic in the forum currently is about it.

Anyone know any reason why BE did this?

Yeah, I think 80%-ish of players who were recently playing have been getting it. If not all, that is.

I know right?! They really aren't doing much to keep people's faith here. I spoke in their favor, y'know, told people they were dealing with shit they never could have expected. I'm beginning to think maybe my optimism was misplaced.
