Do you sit there and watch the screen while running to make sure you dont get stuck in trees, ponds, or end up in enemy camps?

I always run across the map by doing it manually and constantly holding ALT and checking my surroundings for movement whether an animal, zombie, or another player there's also a chance at spotting a tent. I fear being caught off guard and killed due to being lazy.

Fuck it man, when you're running that far I don't even care. I think at this point I was reading a novel in my computer chair so I could keep a fairly close eye on what was going on. That and my retarded buddy decided to throw his first grenade inside the fire hall that we were in ultimately killing myself and the friend we had just made and leaving him unscathed.
