what do you carry?

Recommended Posts

Just thought id make a thread where people can share what items they like to carry around and why (not counting tool slots because everybody wants to have all of them). Here are mine:

1 bear trap (i like to place it at the top of ladders)

1 Mountain Dew (for good/bad luck)

2 painkillers, 2 morphines, 1 antibiotic (for personal use)

no blood packs or epi-pen (i travel alone), instead i have 11 cooked meat at the ready, more than enough to refill my blood should i catch a bullet or two.

3 water bottles, because they're refill-able

1 wood pile, saves me the trouble of finding a forest

1 Grenade, i've never used it but i like knowing that i can blow up a squad of people.

3 canned foods, for the hunger meter, so that i dont waste cooked meat.

Of course, to carry all that I have the magnificent Coyote Backpack.

What about you?

A couple of tin cans (I usually leave them in peoples tents that I raid as a calling card)

Two Smoke Grenades

One Frag

One Morphine Stick

AS50 - quite, deadly at a distance.

M4a1 CCO SD - silenced, deadly close range. Also, good for wiping out zombies without attraction.

Coyote Backpack - keep lots of stuff.

M1911 - Lots of damage for a pistol, ammo found everywhere.

Lots of ammo for the bigger weapons, just to make sure I don't run out.

1 bloodbag, 2 or 3 morphine, atleast 2 painkillers, atleast 3 bandages, 2 in my main inventory, the rest in backpack. 1 or 2 waterbottles, some meat, maybe 3 or 4 (depending on space). A canned food or 2.

I like to have atleast 2 free spaces in my main inventory so I can easily work the inventory when picking up items etc.

as of right now

-M4A1 CCO SD : for close quarters and raiding ( so i dont alert zombies )

- DMR : medium range engagements

- Makarov....gay

Standard Medical Loadout (bloodbag, epi, morph, 2xbandages, painkillers)

-Rangefinder for spotting

-NVG's for night raids

Either a ALICE or Coyote backpack to have food/beverages extra medical supplies or keeping my other weapon in there

Bump!

My ideal kit:

Primary + max of 6 mags, pref a mix of STANAG SD (2) and regular STANAG (4)

Secondary + 4 mags

2 frag grenades

1 smoke grenade

4 bandages

3 water bottles

1 can of pop (to give to another player dying of thirst)

3 blood bags

1 epi-pen

4 morphine

2 painkillers

2 antibiotics (if I can find any!)

1 heat pack

1 road flare or chemlight

As much food as I can carry to fill up the remainder of my inventory, minimum of 2 or I'm hunting

I think that is about it, might have forgot something.

I like helping people out....

AKM with at least 10 mags in total, 3 food items, 3 drinks, 2 painkillers, 2 morphine, 6 bandages, sidearm with 7 mags in inventory and a couple more in the backpack.

That is pretty much the usual one for me. This gear I mentioned requires an ALICE pack, the most used backpack (my most used). Not finding the largest one every day.

My trustworthy Hatchet and in the backpack my primary + 4 mags.

Sidearm - Any of them.

Bandages x 2.

morphine x 2.

Painkillers x 2.

Matches,Hunting-Knife.

Dont need to carry any food or drink, because everytime you loot you'll come across them.

So i travel light then i'm good to go.
