banned strait after update

i just updated my game today about 10 min ago i try to join a game and it comes up saying global ban it has said this 8 time now i dn if this is because i was in a game last night and it ended up with me being put in a thunderdome i left strait away and didnt want to carry on playing incase i got banned because i have had friends get baned for ending up in a thunderdome i was just wondering if i can get the ban removed because i dont think its fair that i didnt do anything wrong
