Hi!

I find better backpack and i drop my old backpack and I can't pick up new or old backpack, because I can only open it :[! why?

yeah your best bet is place the items from your pack to the new one, pick up any crap on the ground around it so its the only thing there, then you should be able to pick it up no problem

First thing you have to make sure of is that all other loot around the backpack is gone. Second and the way I find to be the most reliable way to pick up the backpack is, without taking yours off, scroll over the newly spawned backpack on the ground with your mouse wheel. It should give a few options, 1 being "Open Pack" and another being "Take Pack", hit enter(whatever binded key you have) and it "Should" and I stress "SHOULD" replace your pack with the new one and drop yours to the ground. Why is their a separate backpack button anyway.What you see when you press G should be whats in the backpack.....all the slots where you can hold stuff are actually clip holders and grenade holders....they dont fit with Dayz. Better is to have where you hold the bandages and pistol ammo be just for ammo.Everything else goes into the slots above and they just get more slots when you upgrade you pack.This way you could have it so that when you press G the inventory screen comes up and you have access to all your items at once.Attach a sound of the player opening the bag when you press G for great effect.
