Auto run, while doing other stuff(alt-tabbed)

Hello there.

We all know several ways to auto run, autohotkey, keyboard specific macros, the steam overlay trick.

Problem is if i try to do something else(alt-tab), my character stops running.

Any solutions will be much appreciated !

Alt+tabbing while running is one of the worst common errors ever. In this game you need to pay attention to your surroundings 100% of the time.

Exe the game from STEAM (if you have non-steam version, add shortcut etc..)

Make sure you can access STEAM overlay.

Press W and when you want to leave it running, press the key to open STEAM overlay (preferably if it's just 1 key, some key boards won't accept so many buttons pressed at once)

Magically your character will be still running. To cancel run, hit W again.

You can do this with any action.

You misunderstood what i wanted, i know how to auto-run, problem is if i alt-tab and do something else it stops auto running.

I even tried using "multiple desktop" programs, but they have the same problem.

I use an old laptop to browse this foum and/or do something else while the game is running.

if the game can be run in a window you could do that, havent even bothered looking though as i use a laptop.

I have no problems running using human input.

I agree. I've been asking games to play themselves for years and for some reason game companies want us to PLAY them, it's weird.
