Is it Bannable off a Server?

I found a SUV in the middle of Zelenogrosk with no items in it so I decided to drive it. The question is, Is it a bannable offense on the server if you find the car and drive it?

Even though SUVs don't exist within DayZ (As far as I know), it's not a bannable offence if you legitimately found it.

BattleEye won't ban you for it, and I doubt Rocket is going to ban you for it.

Should you find a vehicle spawned by a script kiddie/hacker type, you may take and use it with no punishment for such. It is the same case with weapons or skins or whatever. As long as you're not the one using hacks or scripts to spawn things, you're free to use those left behind from people who have.

Considering we are not the server Admins, it would be very difficult for any of us to answer your question.

In other words, contact the server Admins and ask them.

Should they issue a ban, however, they would be violating rules of conduct and should be reported for such.

I'm ok with it my server as they go away after the next restart and I restart often to make hacker's leave :P

If you use hacked items you will probably be kicked/banned by the server admins.
