the more hackers you play with... the more you will ENJOY this game... wait what.... let me explain...

-the less you are attached to your gear the better time you will have.

-your gun isnt the only one on the server... you will find another one...

-sitting in a bush/tree line for 9/10 days your alive is super fun right....*rolls eyes*

-scavenging/finding goods is what makes this game fun.

-coming across survivors/bandits is a emotional roller coaster to say the least..

Long story short... you will have WAY more fun playing the game rather than sitting in a bush hoping to live through the night...

-if you still cant play this game well... i guess them 12 year old script kiddies got the best of ya ;)

Right, because hacking and cheating make dayz that much more fun because superman is on the server.

Do me a favor ok? Get a rope tie a knot and make a loop, next place it around your head and tighten it against your neck.

How about you fix all the bugs and the hackers before adding other useless features that will probably just fuck the game up more, who is this rocket noob?

Me buying the game allows me to play it tit, fact is, he shouldn't be adding other useless features into the game, when he cannot control the ones he already has in it, keep the brown nosing to yourself.

Everything you've just said still doesn't explain why they're adding other features into the game, before fixing the problems of the current ones, there not going to get the perfect game causing more problems for themselves are they?

Why not work on the current version they have out, rather than just ramming shit into it, i mean dogs, jeeeze, wish this game could go back to when it first started and it was actually difficult, but like most things, shit kids complain and the game gets easier.

Fuck me ..this forum seems to have attracted every person in the english speaking world who cannot actually understand english.

Everyone is sick of hearing the Alpha thing ..but really. Thats what it is.Read Ironman Tetsuos quopte again..now repeat it until it sinks in.

Add break..wreck it..fuck with it..wreck it again..change it..find out what is workable and what is not..keep on fucking with it. Your not playing a polished build and should expect it to be half fucked and sometimes unplayable. Thing is it got popular..real fucking popular and people got drawn into it, they think it is a full game and get hissy when it gets broken, they hit a comfort zone and then a curve ball is thrown and whine before they have even seen how it will all pan out. Unlucky.

If Rocket was just continually polishing what we currently have the game would get old real quick. If he puts in flying fucking washing machines then we know he is off track and questions should be asked about the direction, but implenting dogs and people have no idea why ? Really ? If you dont like Alpha testing (which is all you are doing) then wait for the beta next year.

You also said about fixing bugs. Do you keep up to date here before you start typing away ? Many of the major bugs are Arma related and will not be fixed whilst in alpha on this engine. Rocket has stated this many times and it has been reposted many more times for the people who cant take the time to read before they post their gripes.

Hint- the standalone version will also be in alpha and will still have more shit added , taken out, shit broken,bugs added graphics glitching and be unplayable at times Its more than likely going to be a long slow road.

what i'd like from dogs...

Growling when the scent of a stranger is nearby (is there wind direction in Arma?)

Dogs can sniff a corpse and then locate whoever touched the corpse last

If dog is attacked by zombie then a % chance dog gets infected. Leading to rare situations when you have to put your dog out of its misery (I am Legend) or leaving it to become zombie dog! (who will attack anyone even it's owner)

repetition of actions makes your dog better at those actions. i.e. The more you use the dog to hunt the quicker it gets at finding the scent of prey.

Dog packs for stashing extra items on your dog (like four slots or something)

You have to feed your dog or it will die, same with water

a Whistle command to bring your dog back to you.

a stealth command to keep dog close and to stop it running around.

Yep all cool. Plus there is a lot more things that could be done with it Like i said in an earlier post ..the dog could end up becoming one of the most useful tools in game but also be restrictive as you also have to keep it's health and stamina up alongside your own. Will definitely make those long runs a lot more interesting too..plus i would imagine if you dont want a dog..then just shoot the fucking thing. Dog complaint in game sorted.
