(Bug?) - Joining a server on the Coast?

The last two times I have joined a server it brings up the, you are dead screen and then me in the middle of an empty barren field, but I still have my ghille suit. When I click abort, disconnect, it takes me back to the lobby. Once in the Lobby, i join again and it randomly puts me on the coast like I had just died, except I still have all of my gear. I am not able to start out where I logged out previously.

Anyone else seeing this?

happens randomly on server restart. You're lucky you're on coast, could be worst and you could be out in that field which used to be the case 10 days ago.
