Getting kicked all the time?

Recommended Posts

Yeah,

so al set for a nice evening of Dayz when all of a sudden upon entry on a random server I get the message ' you were kicked from the game'

As I admin my own server and can see the logs through Rcon, I had a look and it shows nothing except for me logging in...GUID verifying...and then player disconnected.

Right around this time I get a message from my host Vilayer saying:

Dear All

This is aimed at those who have active ARMA DayZ services hosted with Vilayer.

The is currently an issue relating to Gamespy causing players to either get stuck in the lobby or being kicked from the server. We are aware of the issue and we ask all clients to be patient while it is resolved.

As with all our services, you can submit a support ticket with your issue but once the problem has been resolved, your services will automatically be resumed

Kind Regards

Brad Gyton (General Manager)

So there you have it...If it isn't BE stirring things up we now have a new contender; Gamespy. Second time in two weeks Gamespy is causing issues.

Wow, how unfortunate. Hopefully, they'll be fixing that problem relatively swiftly.

Have you tried updating your BattleEye manually?

A new version was released today.

Yeah, I'm running 1.168 allready. Really isn't something on my end as the e-mail from the hosting company was sent out to all admins. Also a lot of players come in the server and immediately disconnect, so I'm guessing the same issue.
