Tetters 7 Posted August 4, 2012 I have been playing Day Z since about 2 weeks before you didn't spawn with a Makarov anymore. I have always played as a lone wolf, I only ever kill if they shoot first. I never kill unarmed survivors, I mostly keep to myself.I was looting the NWAF not 5 minutes ago when I was teleported to an unknown location. A Ghillie-suited bandit staring right at me. Dead. It was obvious they were hacking because practically the whole server died at the same time. There are probably a lot of rants like this but I just wanted to say that whoever these people are, they have probably put me off DayZ for a good long while. It's great!And then there's heavily armed freelance combat medics, who might accidentally drive you over when you jump right in front of their ambulance making 87kmh to save somebody three blocks down from you for applied for help following proper procedure.Or servers that get hacked and cost you your ambulance, stashes, supply network, and make you migrate, emptyhanded, and lone wolf it until you find a tractor and are almost back in business.What does that imply?Shit happens, sorry to hear.Make it part of your story. I was happily riding my ATV when suddenly I was teleported to the sea about 12km off the coast along with everyone else on the server. I managed to alt+f4 out quickly enough but as I was doing so I saw a spam of "xxx was killed". Luckily enough a friend had a PBX stashed away on another server and she launched a rescue mission. An hour and 2 infected players later we arrived on Skalisty Island and went on to hunt for antibiotics only to be hacked again a bit later. This time we were instantly killed and there was nothing to be done.I guess the miserable buggers have to take their rage out somehow, but hey atleast it's better than shooting up schools.
