Does loot re-spawn at helicopter crash sites?

I've found a crash site and I'm wondering if loot re-spawns if you go away from it and then return later. Or you left and disconnected and came back after.

Does that happen?

Nope doesn't respawn, although often people miss loot as it spawns anywhere in a 5m or so radius of it.

The only time Helicopter crashes recieves loot is when the server restart, but then they switch locations too.
