Have you tried logging out and joining a different server? Since you appear to be out of bounds it may respawn you on the beach if you are lucky, otherwise you're going to have to wait to die from starvation.

You've been spawned far off the map. Best thing you can do is just sit and wait to die of hunger or dehydration. You can quicken it up by running straight on. Sorry to break it that way.

Head east. Just follow the clouds and you'll find your way out in about 15 minutes.

Spawning in debug plains was supposed to get a partial fix in last patch. You were supposed to spawn back on the beach on reloggin if you are in the plains.
