Antibiotics are pretty rare, and you won't get them for a revolver unless some good samaritan comes along and gives it to you for free

I don't even join another server. Just reconnect to the same one. Seems to happen recently since one of the patches. Didn't used to be so simple.

Don't know why people are claiming they're common...

Furthermore, DCing and RCing must not work anymore. I've been server hopping through nearly 20 servers and I still have my sickness....oh and ZERO antibiotics through those servers.
