That is Photoshop CS5, they now have CS6 out, Photoshop is the top program used for Graphic designers to make things from logos, advertisements, gamecovers, website looks basically anything graphic you see.

Gonna make a request hopefully some one will be kind enough to deliver. If you would be so kind to make a Dayz phone background with 540x960 resolution. I really like the backgrounds that have the deep crimson hue to them. Like the ones seen in the first page. Something portraying hopelessness, and despair would be awesome.
