hallgraeme 17 Posted August 1, 2012 (edited) Good morning all,I was just wondering what people's preferred kit loadout was and the reasons behind it?Do some people fill their kit out with food and drink and only carry 1 primary weapon and 1 secondary? Do others Only carry 1 food and 1 drink and loadout with weapons in their backpack? Maybe others use their backpack for cars parts etc?My loadout would be:Primary Slots:--------------------1 Primary Gun5 Primary Mags (Max)Morphine * 2Blood BagFood + Drink take up other slotsSecondary Slots:--------------------1 Secondary Gun5 Secondary MagsBandagesBackpack:---------------------I normally fill it with vehicle parts in the hope i come across a car.I guess some people stack out on Guns? What would be considered the most sensible loadout? krtshv 362 Posted August 1, 2012 I don't have any secondaries anymore due to their nerf, making them quite useless.I fill my sidearm ammo slots with bandages and HE Grenades. I carry an M4A1 COO SD to shoot zombies (now temporarily replaced with an M4A1 Holo) and a Mk. 48 for PvP.I used to have an AS50 but I dropped it last night for the MK 48. hallgraeme 17 Posted August 1, 2012 Would you carry a lot of Drink and Food? Or just 1 of each and pickup more as you need it?

axchicago 13 Posted August 1, 2012 (edited) Ghillie SuitDMRM14 (use same DMR mags)7 DMR mags at least.M1911 (max ammo)2 Bandages always!PainkillersMorphine2 FragsNVG'sRangefinderMapCompassGPSall the rest i.e. Hatchet and hunting knife are a given to cook food....any other room I have I fill with food/drink...try to use my cans of soda last...depending on situation gear always changes...somtimes I like to carry smoke grenades to distract zombies, and have had road flares come in handy to blind out guys with NVG's to escape. really all depends on the situation.-edit-i'm a straight up lone bandit, (notice no blood or epi-pens) so literally I'm constantly loaded, since I don't have a home or real group I play with, it's a bit different . Get yourself some tents and set up shop...have a new rifle everyday of the week if you want. If you play with a group, save room in your pack to pick up essentials. I kill people for food mostly...I like the weapons I have...I'd rather kill someone leaving a market than actually going in there myself. Zombies scare me. gatorontheloose 29 Posted August 13, 2012 minimum loot raid kit aka leaving the tent kit:no backpackCompass, Map, Toolbox, NV if at nightHatchetMakarov + 4 mag (will drop if something better found). 3 bandage, 2 painkiller, 2 morphine, 1 heatpack, 1 cooked meat, 1 canteen, 2 soda, 2 beans, If you get tagged & chased by a zombie horde for more than a 5 seconds, it's very easy to bleed out and pass out while shooting them all. If you managed to stay alive, the cooked meat becomes crucial. Firearms I find are only needed on stairs. Only engage Zs if you are stuck inside or after leaving town. My hatchet has 90% of my kills =)
