I'd congratulate the troll, but between the naughty admin and the whole homosexual/homo/gay thing going on in this thread it was just too easy. Timing on the Hitler bomb was good though, people just can't resist replying to that!

This entire thread and the many others like it show why Day Z needs centrally controlled servers when it goes stand alone, otherwise it will fail.

In Eve Online lots of people bitch about the big alliances like Goonswarm, but nobody can say they got kicked by them, because it's just not possible.

Us 1546 killed a admin that was driving a car towards our group of three guys. we destroyed his car and killed him. he raged and kicked all of us.

That's funny, because I am the only admin on the server and I know I have never kicked anyone for that. Plus its a new server. I like how you say 'car' and not what vehicle the person was driving also.

Admin abuse sucks. I can't wait till some official servers go up. Yesterday the server suddenly restarted twice. First time when we spot someone (and he sees that we see him). Second time when i was flanking the sniper with nothing but my hatchet.. 1 slash and "no message received for 10, 20, 30"

Coming back in the lobby, we talk to the 'admin' on voice.. first he claims he doesn't know what we are talking about.. then he claims he had to start the server up because it wasn't running!

Who knows.. all i know is that guy in the ghillie should be dead, but because we have biased people on the controls of a server.. this shit happens.

Typical, it will keep happening as long as randoms can host servers, also hackers are becoming a huge problem now, died by an invisible 1 earlier, was on the server with me and 2 mates, nobody else on i get blown up, 5 minutes later my mate gets blown up and my other mate logs off, i hop on a different server 1 hour later, sitting at our tents and i can hear somebody bandaging and walking around next to me in an open field, i ended up logging off.

i can vouche for this that this happend. was in the treeline when i saw it happen.

have the timeout on tape + some of the talk of the admin as he came back in the room after reset.

He Said and i Quote: "I dont know what you are talking about, The server was not even running"

Whahaha omg... the server had 50+ people in it xD and he says it wasnt running :')

+ You forgot to mention that the server was already resetted like 15 min before that. When "most likely" the same guy was running in that same location from zombies and we were scoping him.

This is why Admin behavior should be recorded by the hive. Very simple task.

I think a lot of people have had run ins with shitty admins.

Hackers are like criminals, but admins are like crooked cops. One, if caught, is sent to jail(banned) while the other one is caught and nothing happens(crooked cop). Cops always have complicit goons to aid them if shit hits the fan, kind of like the Blue Wall of Silence.

tl;dr Hackers suck but shitty admins are worse since they act like they did nothing wrong when they are caught.
