Bandit Skin

So, I thought it will be cool if you can find a bandit skin.

Just like a ghuilli suit, but then in a bandit skin.

I really miss them, I want 'em back, but then not if you kill someone, just in a package that is hard to find.

I think more clothing options is general would be fun.

Maybe increase the spawn rate/spawn locations SLIGHTLY.
