Ridiculous camera shake levels -Tone it down

Last night i encountered a few zombies and was left with the most ridiculous camera shake that would not go away, i was not infected and i had to tolerate this for about an hour before being killed.

Lets not make the mistake of having immersion effects destroying gameplay, it needs to be toned down.

A possible outcome of being attacked is "pain" which manifests itself in heavy shaking, as you are describing. Painkillers are the cure for this.

Given the recent changes to inventory management, 'take painkillers' doesn't show up as part of the middle mouse button menu. Try going into your inventory and taking some. Observe the difference :)

It seems this mod is already carrying way too many variables.

My post was not only asking why this effect was everlasting but also that the effect is OTT, seems there are better things to talk about.

As I read the thread title, I thought you were proposing ridiculous camera shake levels.

yeah if by chance you ware talking about the native camera shake in ARMA II you can turn that down (or Off) just go to game settings.
