Rest before swimming, don't attempt to swim longer than 5-10seconds with your gear or drop your backback and rifle before swimming.If you swim slowly or thread water, you'll be able to carry your gear forever.If you swim fast, you'll become exhausted, when you're completely exhaused you'll drop your gear to stay afloat.If you're completely exhausted before you start swimming, you'll drop all your gear the moment you start swimming.Rest before swimming.
