Sonds like the military camp to the south of the Balota airstrip. It's at 048131

I found it a few times, if you are at the airfield head back towards coast then run to your left in the tree line, you will eventually see it, but watch out for zeds in forest, in my experience the deer stands there don't yield anything good :(

It's the hospital camp near the Balota Airfield... try checking the guard post inside the wire, I've found a m1014 up there a couple times.

Just check the stands. Ive only been there twice. First time I found a PDW. The other time I found a M16A2 I think.

I personally like this spot a lot! But you definitely need to enter armed, at least an axe 'cause the amount of zeds in it. Just check the guard tower, don't even bother to check the red cross tents, they are useless. If i don't recall wrong there's 3 entrances through the openings in the barb wire; from the south, west and north. You just have to press 'V' near the sand bags.
