arma 2 dayz encountered instead of '='

Recommended Posts

Im having a issue where I open the six launcher, verify, click on a server, and the join it. But before the screen changes a pop up comes up and says all this hoopla about File Document and line 0:'.':'^' encountered instead of '='. I think it has something to deal with Operation Arrowhead. If someone could reply that would be great.

Just uninstall/reinstall on steam.

Also be sure to run both arma 2 and oa. If that fails, then it sounds like a speific file was fucked up, and i'd probably just google for the same issue/ look for a cyber repair dude on a tech forum.

I had this problem and found a really easy fix. Go into documents, ARMA II other profiles, your player profile is in there. Copy it, then remove it from the file, open ARMA II and it re creates the profil when it opens. Worked for me. Hope this helps you.

You may have to recreate your player's looks though.
