Ghillie suit question

Hey,

the whole story started this morning on DE 10 GMT - 8 Server (I'm GMT +1 here). I was night raiding Berenzion and found a functional pickuptruck there, drove it into the woods and took a break until tonight.

After logging on DE 10 again I spawned with like 10 guys in the debug planes without equip, relogged and spawned in Kamenka, fully equipped again. So I began travelling back to Berenzino, while checking the GPS I noticed that I am not carrying my M14 AIM anymore but an AS50...

checking my inventory to see that everything except an AS50 with 8 mags and a crappy new M1911 Colt (can confirm its a 3 hit Zs kill and a 2 hit animal kill after the ARMA II patch) is gone ... yay, I've got hacked (empty backpack so nothing to eat and drink, nearly died because of that -.-).

Soooo ontopic now, after dumping the AS50 into a Z and grabbing a Winchester I noticed a Ghilliesuit in my inventory (seems it has been hacked in with the AS50 and the Colt). What's the deal with ghillies nowadays? I was looking for one for over a week now amd then noticed they are not in the loottalble anymore.

Can I wear it? Will I lose my char or equip? Will my head explode? Why are they disabled?

Ya you can, but there are a few glitches with them.

Can't pick up stuff off the ground, and a few other things I don't remember at the moment.

You need to bring that Ghillie to an official Ghille recycle station to free up the MySQL tables to allow respawns when they are replaced into the loot table. PM me for a server and time and I'll let you know where you can drop it off.

ghillies work fine for me. i keep switching betwen it and civi clothing mutliple times per day, and nothing bad happend in the past week.

put on a wookie suit last night and could pick up stuff just fine... maybe it was just my friend and i were lucky but was working for us

If you cant find any ammo for the as50 at the time its worthless. If you need a gun you need a gun.

I had 8 mags for the AS50, I just don't like Sniperrifles, I'm more into shotguns or battlerifles like the winchester, FAL or M14
