They can have basic supplies, ammo, and rifles.

I don't find them to be a very reliable source of loot though. I'll only search them if they're directly on my path.

Well, i don't go hunt for those dear stands. I usually check the them in my destination. It's a gamble. I once found a DMR and a m4a1 CCO in em.
