Im formally apologizing for my server just disappearing, my host- host altitude, while great service, and ill give it an ok customer support has not givin me and update, my server US 905 has been down for 17hours to no help of me msging their main thread, twitter, or opening several ticket's, if you made a home with us on 905 please vist https://twitter.com/hostaltitude and help me get some answers

Just an update, i got in contact with my host and its a slight hardware issue that is currently being addressed, even with low staff they have been doing great work. ETA on up time is give or take 1-2 hours :)

This host doesn't seem like a very good host. Their servers run like crap. Take a look at US 385. It's always a lag fest and it's not the only server they have up that is completely unplayable most of the time.

What does the server mean by "dysync testing"? Are we going to see the server return any time soon? Stable, that is.

I managed to get in for about 2 minutes until it restarted.

I was almost going to go with them, but went with Vilayer instead. Support damn near 24/7 and it's the best kind. Live over teamspeak. Also, it takes me about 25-30 seconds from when I click to join my server on the list to when I'm actually in game and able to move my character. No getting stuck at loading or waiting for character. It hasn't happened ONE time. Even when the server was at it's peak capacity. We haven't gotten a ton of players on average due to gamespy being retarded and sometimes our server fails to show up on six launcher, and since everyone uses it... they don't see it to join it so we tend to average out around 15-18 players, with it getting up to 28-32 around peak time which is pretty good numbers for the kind of environment I shoot for when I play this game.

Trying to get everyone to run DayZCommander though because our server always shows up right away. It's also one of the only servers I know of in the FL area(Jacksonville specifically) and I still ping around 45-50 in upstate NY which is fantastic. Sure Vilayer is a bit more each month(based out of the UK ie: exchange rate) but with their support, easy to use ACP, it's worth every penny, and my server has not crashed ONCE since I've owned it. The only times it goes down is when I take it down for updates or other configurations, or scheduled restarts to clean things up. It gets desync, but it's HIVE related, not our server's end. Pretty sure everyones experiencing that now. I get far more red desync this patch than I've gotten since like pre 1.5.
