How Do I Switch Between Primary and Secondary Weapons?

I'm sorry if this is such a noob question, but I've been tearing my hair out trying to find a way to do this. I've been messing around with the interface long enough trying to figure it that I got shot and killed from behind in the process. So, in the future case where I do find another set of primary and secondary weapons, how should I toggle between using the two?

By default the key for this is the semi-colon, ";" right next to the @ key.

Do yourself a favor and get used to using the mousewheel to swap. F is great when all you've got is a primary and secondary but if you have Smoke, a grenade, an assault rifle with two firing modes AND a pistol.. you're going to have a hell of a time spamming F.

Reassigned mine.

Changed F to vault.

Changed Space to weapon mode.

Changed V to switch weapon.

I also changed Binoculars to 2xB, so I don't accidentally switch to Binos, if I miss click.
