SERVER DOWN: How to play :)

As we are all aware, the servers are down. However, if you go to this website:

http://arma2.swec.se/server/list

then find whatever server is your usual server, or any server you want. Then launch the game, when you get the message that the server is down click okay then 'remote' in the bottom corner.

Then paste in the IP from the website above.

An IP of, for example "

94.254.34.149:2302" (the SE 9 server) means that the IP is

94.254.34.149 and the port is 2302.

EDIT: P.S. I also downgraded to 95208 just until the servers catch up :).

they are all old server version. i was told u cant map gear over to newer 1.7 servers.

Well, I downgraded to the older beta patch but I still couldn't play. So this worked for me :)
