First off, noone should be on here asking how long it should be down or when it's coming back up. if you wanna know that, start getting ahold of Gamespy as they are the ones that took it down for maintenance.

Go into Dayz and click ok after arma down warning, click remote and press control-V, just ip not port that should be auto!!! ;)

This works.. I used it last night and again today.

Find a server, connect via "Remote" and play.

Note the port, but don't put it into the IP field, replace whatever is in the "Port" field, and it should work.

(sometimes a single machine hosts more than one server, thus changing the port but still having the same ip, which is why it can still work)
