You can leave/enter from the backside :)

Stand in front of it, change server and then move into the store on that server.

Then relog back to your old server where you found this and loot it.

I see that serverhopping thing being used alot at several high yield buildings.

They block the entrances so no one can loot their except when using the above mentioned tactic.
