Of course it is PvP. A fighting chance is never guaranteed, this is not Tekken or Mortal Kombat.

If you want to take someone out, why not do it in a safe way? It's all about survival, no?

You always have a fighting chance if you are good. I have never been killed by a sniper, been shot at by a few but always found them and killed them. A sniper has an advantage over someone without one, you don't have equal chances as them, but you always have a fighting chance.

Why is everyone trying to end banditry? It's part of the game. Quit crying...respawn and move on. Snipers in electro are annoying I agree so move to solichny or somewhere less traveled. Why punish people using a part of the game it doesn't make any sence. Nothing but a bunch of winers in here.

I've been alive for 9 days now because I moved north. Ran into a few bandits survived and kept moving.

There should just be like 2 teams. One team is survivors which cannot shoot eachother, strive to live; while the other team is bandits,whom just want to kill other people. Survivors shouldnt beable to kill other survivors, but bandits cna kill whomever they want.

shooting someone in the face from 500 meters - not pvp

shooting someone in the back from100 meters - is fair pvp
