I T must be fixed. DC is 50% of the gameplay.

Ps. There is around 800 players playing the mod atm. Amazing.

I spread the mod across all platforms i know, forums and such, show pictures and nice videos. Sorry for Offtopic.

I hope 152 comes that i dont have to throw away so much cnas thogh ;)

really the mod is showing great great gameplay like 28 days films!!

This mod keeps receiving a ton of attention, but there is a SEVERE lack of servers.

And now that you don't have to disconnect when you die it's pretty hard getting in unless it's night on the US servers. Even then you have to contend with "waiting for response" for who knows how long, only to end up at the dayz's final boss: Debug Hill.

this mod has become much more popular than the game it self. will this affect the arma3 in future at all? I wonder what devs think about this in general.

I've never seen so many people buying Arma II CO just to play a mod. There has been much talk in the irc chat and in side channel on servers from people running fresh copies of the game just to play the mod. I'm also pretty glad that there is a new way to RP over the dreaded Taki/Zargabad life servers that aren't worth much (in my opinion). This mod is breathing new life into this game. Too bad you guys can't get commission from new sales of the game to help fund future development of this mod and possibly moving it to Arma III in the future.

Any one else seeing a problem with 1.51 and building fires? GUI says it was built but it never shows up and is thus unusable. US2 server is the only one i've tested it on.

So the VOIP is still broken even though the MOD doesn't touch the VOIP system?
In my bug report about it Rocket replied saying its an issue with Arma2 specifically' date=' and the only way its looking it will be fixed is that if its identified, put on the dev list for the official Arma2 game, and eventually way down the road released with an actual patch for Arma2.
So tl;dr: Get used to Side chat, or ventrillo or teamspeak for a bit.

That's not true. I was playing with a friend on a private server and we both still had @dayz in our launch settings (steam users) and direct communications was still broke. He couldn't hear me or see what I wrote in it. However, after we both took out the mod it worked perfectly fine. I think it's the mod affecting it.

It used to work before 1.4.
