Just to let you know:

I've had a problem with "OmegaCentari" ("rhys.baldwin" on Skype) just now. He asked for help and I went to the NWAF to help him. But as I told him to join my server, many other people joined right next to me. So I logged off.

As he didn't answer anymore, I suspect, that he just wanted to backstab me. I hope, anyone's reading this before trying to "help" him.

Had my first save today :) Karma was in full effect too.

Landed in Stary, gather some wood and start a fire. Find my patient, but had to fight threw a few zeds to get to him. Blood bag him and give him a morphine for the road. Then we say out goodbyes. On my way out of the area I hear buzzing. See a guy laying on the ground, he is gone, my medic skills won't help. I did find NVGs, GPS, a M4CCO SD, M9SD and Rocket launcher. I put his gear to good use and held a quick ceremony for him, then left the area.

Would like to give a big thanks to JackONeill...i was low on blood and out of supplies. Made a long drive to pick me up gave me blood.

Then off to a crashed chopper with 1 med crate so i could resupply. Offered me pick of supplies in his truck and even gave me his own NVG's!!!

So i'm about to split and he offers to build a fire...he thinks of everything!! I was so stocked i had no room for wood...a lot easier than dropping stuff.

So we cooked some meat, and it was night so a real bonfire!!!...shared some stories on the drive.

Really good guy.

This may be a dumb question, but can some one explain what Steam is and why you guys add each other/message on there? I have Steam but only use it to launch the game.

Sure...Steam is usually the easiest way to communicate at first. Not everyone has Teamspeak, skype, etc...but you will have steam since you need it to play.

Steam messaging is also more efficient than waiting for a website PM. Alot faster.

Once your in steam you can share the important info between you and your patient...ie what server they are on, condition, what their exact needs are etc.

Again my thanks goes to Soulshaper.. In a second attempt we succeeded in meeting (I needed antibiotics)

But while Soul was waiting at our meeting location, it happenend to spawn 2 (yes two) heli-crashsites right next to eachother. Since I had a DMR, I provided backup while he was raiding,., Z's were respawning like it's Christmas but luckily seal got away... Don't know why I even bothered going towards the heli's (had everything already and Seal informed me what there was to get)

but I do have a tip whilst going raiding a chopper:

Don't go have a piss!!

as i just hit the medical tents before things went bad i have a couple bloodbags to offer the medic who helps me out. the issue is i have no map or gps. where i am is a little uncertain. it is near the industrial area near the med tents.

who wants the challenge of finding my ass and getting me upright again?
