Your best bet is to climb down the ladder and crawl to the Hospital as it appears no medic's are on in that district and i doubt many would go to a nice open rough to be shot =P

If eny of the medics here need antibiotics, then i got a proposal to make.

Im willing to trade 2 antibiotics for an M24 and ghillie suit. The M24 doesnt need to have much ammo, since i have alredy found plenty alredy. Give me a shout if you are interested ;)
