speca 193 Posted July 20, 2012 Now, i just want to know because i found a suit, now i have also heard some horrid stories regarding the loss of gear and teleportations to the ocean, would anyone be able to confirm that there safe to where? In the patch notes it says "* [FIXED] Ghillie and skin removal on login ( https://dev-heaven.net/issues/36666 )" That doesn't show much of what i'm asking, so some help would be great.Cheers all!Regards,Auzzii

RTribesman 28 Posted July 20, 2012 quick question, in my 2 months of play i have never looted a ghillie or camo suit... what exactly do they look like on the ground? At first i thought they looked like the basic mag/compass/map item but i've long disregarded that idea and now reckon they look more like a the stupid tiny backpack thats seems to be everywhere(smaller than the starter pack). Would be a big help if i knew what form they had on the ground.
trimethylxanthine 12 Posted July 20, 2012 Tried wearing a guillie suit earlier this week, must have been wednesday.Didn't work. I went swimming in the ground and some of my gear got lost.So I'd wait and see if there are any new notes about it soon :)RTribesman: they look like large brown paper packages, roughly about the same size as the starting backpacks. anonymous83 6 Posted July 20, 2012 Ghillie/Camo are working on servers running the correct hive. I have tested camo in well over 10 servers so far running the right hive with 95099 and have had 0 problems. Some servers are still running the wrong hive hotfix, if you go on these after wearing camo/ghillie in a correct server you might A: Get stuck loading or B: Lose all your progress back to when you put it on. Regiee 5 Posted July 22, 2012 (edited) quick question, in my 2 months of play i have never looted a ghillie or camo suit... what exactly do they look like on the ground? Would be a big help if i knew what form they had on the ground. They look like a paper package bound with string, (yellow/baking paper). Like something youd see at a post office and are around the same size as one of the smaller backpacks. Hope that helps :) Edited July 22, 2012 by Aquillium

Animistic 9 Posted July 22, 2012 I had ghillie suit. Made me spawn once on coast (rather than our camp up north with vehicles and tents). Besides that worked nice, helped me kill couple guys in firefight with gps+nvg+coyotebacpack+weaponofchoice dudes by down there in south after that suprise spawn. Melted in the surroundings too well for em to spot even though other had L85 Thermal.Ended up dying though when looting their corpses, guess they had friend nearby sniping cherno or elektro. (They hid my body so all gear gone. Respect and pvp sportmanship doesn't exist when its mostly just anonymous behaviour.)
