Hi guys, i was wondering if someone could give me some tips to setting up Fraps to run with Dayz? It seems like i have it working but it only records very little or not at all. I launch via six launcher (without steam option) and can see the frame rate while in game, but if i toggle the video recording it either only records a few seconds, or shuts the fraps down. I've tried Bandicam and that just records my desktop without actually capturing the in game. Scratching my head. Can someone let me know how they have theirs setup? Cheers,

If you're fixing a car, i guess you'd be a mechanic who already knows what he's doing, same with a computer and being a techy. "These kinds of people" you are refering to are people that have lesser knowledge in a given field. For new Dayz-ers, these weapons dont mean much more than protection. Im sure the longer they play, the better they will get at remembering exact names. Truth is, it's still anal to come down on people for not knowing exact models and brands. I call the M1911 a Colt, and you'd only know that if you know what an M1911 was, so im not being DayZ correct, but im not wrong either :P

Unless there was objectives to the single player option you mention, i fail to see how dayz would benefit from it? Open world with just you and dumb zombies seems kind of pointless to me

Id easily pay upto $100 for a solid standalone dayz
