Campfire guitar.

This would be pretty funny, Make it as a melee weapon for fighting zombies and players. But gives you an option with the mouse wheel to play track 1-3 or something haha.

Not a necessary idea, but it would be hilarious and fun. I've also wish for smokable cigarettes, but I'm sure that'd be ridiculous and impossible to implement in any practical way.

Obviously this is an absolutely required addition to this game.

There needs to be useable' date=' lootable acoustic guitar that goes into the tool slot (along with matches, compass etc) which gives an option to sit down and play guitar.

I like the idea, but I feel a harmonica would make more sense for the tool slot =D

A buddy of mine carries a harmonica at all times and whips it out whenever he is bored and not going to annoy anyone.

I think the harmonica also has a more somber feel to it that would fit the atmosphere nicely.

This would be a great idea if they set up some kind of "safe" area where we can trade and meet people without getting shot in the head while playing guitar ._.

Carebear alert

Nice idea... in the middle of all chaos, some entertainment, but honestly, who, in the middle of a zombie apocalipse would care with anything other than get it's ass safe?? Money? Cars? Girls? Maybe girls, but, it would be awful to be enjoying your guitar and suddenly get a bullet in the head!

Call me a carebear or what have you, because I'm sure you will anyway, but, "NekoSteamBoy" I am totally on your side with this one. I've wanted "safe areas" for a while, and having a guitar for everyone to kinda just gather around and listen to while they take a breather or maybe go AFK for a few mins would be really nice. Honestly, in STALKER, I found myself sitting through 2 day cycles of in-game days just sitting around with those guys, listening to the music. So honestly, it would be nice to have some music that players can produce while everyone is just trying to settle down.

I'll accept my immature "CAREBEAR!" comments now from you kids! :)

I'm pretty sure rocket has said he has no intention of ever implementing forced safe-zones.

For those of use who think it would still be an amusing addition to the game, we are forced to point out that safe zones aren't the point here.

I know they wont be added, I was providing examples of places where the guitar would fit best. I still think its a good idea without safe areas.
