I come into the Military Compound in Electro. All 4 doors are wide open. I slowly sneak in and hug the wall, and what do I see?

Some survivor who built a wire fence around the door to the tower and setup a tent and was hoarding stuff into the tent, completely oblivious to me. I was in there for 60 secs or so and all he was doing was going from piles to his tent stocking up. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MILITARY COMPOUND.

I killed him outta shear stupidity.

And what did I find in the tent he was so preciously hoarding? 3 Jerry Cans, 3 Flashlights, Makarov ammo and i shit you not, an empty whiskey bottle.
