Bandit skin

Hello,

I'm new in DayZ and I never played when the bandit skin was in the game.

But it is the best skin of the game with the guillie suit (very rare to find one). Can you put it in the game again please ?

They are looking at differing methods to distinguish players in the future, it was a nice skin aesthetically but it didn't really fit in with the surroundings; desert camo in a forest!

You are misinformed terribly, OP.

The ghillie suit can be found in residential areas, offices, and barracks.

The camo suit is the same.

There is no bandit skin, I don't know where you got that idea. Those were thrown out a long time ago

He's requesting that the skin be put back into the game as a skin for people to find and wear rather than asking about the bandit skin.

Yeah, it would be nice to see it in the mod again. But I'm not too sure Rocket would put it in again due to all the problems that arised from it.

Well, now in the game, everyone shoot on everyone. So with a bandit skn or a civilian skin, if a survivor see you and he has a gun, make sure he would want to kill you. Just for a bandage. For the fun.

I personally think the removal of the bandit skin was a good thing. Why? Because being able to identify a bandit from a skin takes away from the paranoia that insues when you come across another survivor in DayZ. If the person has already killed a few people, he will instantly be shot and there's no doubt about his intentions, where as a standard survivor has more of a chance of being left alone.

This way you aren't able to trust anyone, which adds to the games semi-realistic feel, if this were to happen in real life, you would most certainly only trust your friends and anyone else is not to be trusted.

Bandit suit doesnt mean you are a bandit.

First person that helped me was a "bandit", but he didn't ever shoot me in the back, or something.

Bandit skin as a simple skin is ok, its cool and we need more skins, the civilian one is annoyng.

The annoyng deathmatching nowadays should not be resolved by bandit suits intended as 1.5 and before.

The simple skin is just horrible, and the bandit skin is beautiful. But a man with a bandit skin is not really a bandit, maybe he avenges his friend or something like that.

I actually liked the aesthetic of the bandit skin. Dunno why, but a turban and veil made me feel badass.

I'd be all for putting it back in the game as a find-able skin. Granted, it doesn't exactly work well in the wooded areas, but I suppose that's a risk you're willing to take.

I prefer to take that risk and have the bandit skin. The civilian skin is just horrible !
